Happy Friday everyone! It’s time for another Bee Crafty Kids Link Up! Every Friday, I get to co-host this roundup with Dusty from To The Moon and Back, Jolene from Monsters Ed Academy, and Melanie from Our Crafts N Things! You can find out more about all four of us here.
During a recent science lesson on the brain, Jay took the time to make pipe cleaner neurons with the kids. He found a great website called NeuroScience for Kids and showed me a ton of craft projects about the brain. Pipe cleaner neurons were one of the crafts that all of our kids could do, regardless of age.
He let the children pick out their own colored pipe cleaners and get to work.
All done!
They loved making these! Completing the craft really helped them visualize all five parts of neurons and how they are constructed. Of course, they ended up using them as playthings afterward. 🙂
We’d love to see what craft projects you’ve made with your kids this week! To share the button for this linkup, grab the code below!
