- Printer Paper
- Laminator (optional)
The game is simple: It includes six different exercises for kids to do based on which side of the die is rolled.
If you print the game for repeated use, you may want to laminate it for durability.
How to Use the Roll the Dice Indoor Exercise Game with Kids
This exercise game is versatile enough to be used at home or in the classroom.
You can use it for a simple brain break in between lessons or for inside recess.
Simply let the kids roll dice and see which exercise corresponds to the number rolled.
You may want to set a timer also to make sure they don’t stretch or do sit ups for too long.
After one child is finished, then the next child can roll the die to see what exercise to complete.
